Fast-growing Nashville-based restaurant group Fresh Hospitality is planning a three-building project in Nolensville that would include two restaurants.

The Tennessean reports that the project is planned for 6.3 acres across from Nolensville Town Hall. A site plan for the project was approved at a meeting of the town’s planning commission Tuesday.

According to The Tennessean, two of the buildings would house Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint and 55 South. It is unclear what will become of the existing Martin’s in Nolensville, which is located across the street.

The Tennessean reports that the property currently includes two homes and a barn. The barn will remain and one of the homes will be remodeled for retail use. The other home will be demolished.
