This month we are giving thanks to another awesome round of beer, burger, and sushi! Chef Alan, Sushi Chef Keith Oo, and Beverage Manager Michael Harper have gathered around the dinner table to present a cornucopia of flavors just in time for fall. We start with the Turkey Brie Burger with all the fixins’ including a seasoned turkey patty, sweet potato fries and cranberry mayo. Then we have the Harvest Roll featuring fried crabstick, seared tuna, and cool pineapple salsa. After filling our bellies, before the football comes on, we can raise our glass to this fine feast with a Delicious IPA from Stone Brewing Company. Give thanks for good taste this November at Drake’s!
BURGER OF THE MONTH
A seasoned, seared turkey burger with creamy brie cheese, sweet potato fries, cranberry mayo and fresh cut garden toppings; served with your choice of side.
BEER OF THE MONTH
An intensely citrusy, beautifully bitter beer is worthy of the simple-yet-lordly title of Stone Delicious IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that’s balanced by hop spice.
SUSHI OF THE MONTH
Fried crab stick, cream cheese and cucumber wrapped in seaweed and sushi rice, topped with seared salmon, pineapple salsa and eel sauce.
